Data Protection & Privacy

Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2026. Learn what data we process and how we protect your privacy across our diagnostic services.

1. Overview and Scope

DNSReportKit ("Platform", "we", "us") provides independent network diagnostic services, worldwide DNS propagation testing, domain WHOIS lookups, IP routing intelligence, and email authentication security checks.

We believe in transparency and user privacy. We do not sell user data, track you across the web, or build commercial marketing profiles.

2. What Data We Collect & How We Use It

When you use our services, we only process the technical parameters necessary to carry out the requested diagnostics and prevent abuse:

Queried Target Information

Domain names, IP addresses, and DNS record keys entered into our lookup tools are processed against public authoritative and recursive nameservers.

Client Network Information

Your public IP address, ISP, ASN, and general geolocation are temporarily processed to detect your closest network node, calculate latency, and enforce rate limits.

Bulk Upload Files

TXT or CSV files uploaded to the Bulk Domain Availability tool are parsed in volatile memory and are not stored permanently on server disks.

Shared Report Snapshots

When you click "Share Result", the diagnostic outcome is saved and assigned a unique URL (e.g. /s/abc123xyz) for public reference and sharing.

3. Cookies and Local Storage

We do not utilize tracking or targeted advertising cookies. We only use essential technical cookies to remember your chosen language (EN, TR, DE) and secure your web requests.

4. Data Security & Storage

All communications are encrypted using modern SSL/TLS protocols. Access logs kept to protect system availability and defend against automated denial-of-service attempts are regularly purged.
